1-Used Chemicolloid Industries Charlotte Model SD-40 Type 316 Stainless Steel Horizontal Inline Colloid Mill, S/N 2625-R2.  On base with 30HP, 3/60/220-440 Volt motor.  Rated up to 1,200 gallons per hour, depending on product being processed, this colloid mill last used in manufacture of mayonnaise.  Mounted on tall stand as seen in photos.
