1-Used inline filling systems four head stainless steel automatic “servo” positive displacement filling machine, s/n 3350. This adjustable filler does not require volumetric change parts as each filling head has its own servo controlled positive displacement pump to optimize output and accuracy for customers specific products. With “bottom-up” fill control, programable for dive depth and rate of rise. With stainless steel digital control panel assuring high accuracy dispensing when target fill volume is reached. With top mounted stainless steel product hopper measuring approximately 18″ wide by 40″ by long 18″ deep. With all stainless steel construction, machine has automatic drip tray and is on casters for portability. With sanitary “tri-clamp” connections. Electrical specifications are 60 cycle, 220 volt. Can be supplied with stainless steel conveyor at additional cost or filler can be placed over customers existing conveyor.
