1-Used B H Hubbert 100 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Hemispherical Mixing Kettle, S/N 22401.  Interior dimensions approx. 36 in. diameter X 30 in. deep.  Jacket rated 40 PSI @ 287 degrees F, National Board #5578, Code Stamped.  Equipped with Ross Model  HSM-105 top mounted off center Mixer/Emulsifier, S/N 204971.  Ross Mixer/Emulsifier driven by 5 HP 3/60/230-460 volt 3475 rpm motor.  On legs, Kettle has tangential bottom outlet and two-piece stainless steel lid.
