5 – Used Approx. 250 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Hemispherical Scraper Agitated Kettles. Last used in the food industry, each kettle is jacketed for 43.5 PSI @ 289 Degrees F. Side scraping agitator driven by 5 HP 3 Phase, 220 Volt motor, providing for agitator speed of approx. 25 RPM. On stainless legs, kettles have a bottom discharge outlet. (Stock # 8948)
