1-Used Cleveland Range 40 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Mix Kettle, Model KDM-40T, S/N WT3649-94C11. Interior dimensions 26 In. diameter X 23 In. deep. Kettle is jacketed for 25 PSI at 267 Deg. F., National Board #34873, code stamped. Equipped with Scraper Agitation with cross-bar, driven by top mounted Nord 2 HP, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 230/460 volt gearmotor. Equipped with automatic tilt discharge, Kettle is mounted in stainless steel cabinet and is equipped with 1-1/2 In. diameter discharge outlet with valve. Equipped with Lenze AC Tech variable frequency drive for variable speed of agitation. Last used in food industry. (Stock # 8583)
