1-Used Chester Jensen 200 Gallon SS Jacketed Cone Bottom Cooker-Cooler, Model 70N-20, S/N 9321-P. Vessel measures 72 In. inside diameter and is equipped with stainless lids and scrape surface agitator, as well as perforated internal baffle and counter-rotating tri-blade.  On stainless steel legs, vessel has approx. 5-1/2 In. center-bottom outlet with air-operated valve. With top-mounted “piggyback” motors, vessel was last used in food manufacturing. (Stock #8923C)
