Hobart VCM-40 Cutter-Mixer, Two Speed

1 – Used Hobart Model VCM-40 Vertical Cutter-Mixer, S/N U-67-6770. This 40 Qt. mixer has high-speed cutting knife underdriven by 7.5 HP/10HP 3/60/220 volt, two speed motor producing speeds of 1,750 RPM and 3,500 RPM, respectively. It has a top mounted mixing baffle arm. The machine was last used in food production. (Stock # 8935C)
